You can do well AND party AND not feel guilty while partying. Set aside 2 hours a day, preferably right after classes where you do your work and/or study. Even time you have between classes. Go to every class as well - even if it seems like a waste of time. Just picking up things from classmates or the teacher is invaluable.

If you party too much and don't pass, you will have to retake the course. Some courses are only offered in one semester and are prerequisites for others. This could put you a semester behind or more. Think about the wasted time and money you will spend by failing and then scrambling to catch up. It is stressful as well when this happens. Just think about that as motivation to get your work done before partying.

Drop out and go back when you're ready to learn something. It costs waaaay too much money to go to college and not get anything out of it.

Trust me, people will know you partied through college when you get into the professional world, and then you'll be treated as if you never got a degree at all. It may get you in the door, but you won't go any further than that.

Bargin with yourself. In other words if you study during the week you can party on Fri and Sat. Or if you make a good grade on a test then you can go out with your friends, etc.
