Our business is growing and I would like to offer credit to my clients. Does anyone know what kind of questions should I ask to bank referals and are there questions I shouldn't ask or I can not ask? Thank you very much.

I am in a job were I have to ask for ref's all the time. The easiest way is to follow up with current customers and ask if there is anyone they know who would be helped by your services as well. I am not sure what company you have but we give a $25 visa gift card to any refer"er" that gives us a name or a company that turns into a customer ... if that makes sense. Also, if a customer turns you down for a reason other than your ability, it is always okay to say something like, "well if we aren't right for you, maybe you can think of someone else who might be better." One more thing, if you decide that they aren't right for you, ask who they buy their products/services from i.e. who their vendors are and then follow those leads. Happy Hunting.
