I know of no major universities that do not offer courses in astronomy. Most universities offer both of those degrees. Some universities do not have an astronomy major, but include it as a subfield of physics.

an exciting, and yet revealing question. that's it, religious agencies are “altruistic” (your be conscious) – having unselfish regard for or devotion to the welfare of others OR they're “brainwashing our young babies.” I don’t have self assurance they're the two, i think some are doing it for no return because of the fact of their ideals, and that i think that some have much less noble motives. specific an atheist would “deny the existence of god,” yet have an extremely clean “faith” in the event that they're honest with themselves. in many circumstances that faith has a tendency to be self-serving, at the same time with a “laissez-faire” despite absolutely everyone does is positive, and rather doesn’t impact every physique else, or in line with possibility a hedonistic, exhilaration-in seek of individualism. apparently sufficient, if the two of those is their faith, they don’t abide by using it, because of the fact they don’t enable others to have their own faith or thought in god, yet seek for to “ridicule” and “wreck” faith. Why? in all probability with the aid of possibility to their own “faith.” whilst there's no accountability to an expert of any form, then there are “no obstacles on, or effects for a individual’s habit.” additionally, regrettably sufficient once you eliminate any authority or “god,” there is in many circumstances no reason to clean up the subject concerns of society or care approximately others, that would not impact me as a individual! What reason is there to care? The nobility of mankind is in many circumstances over-rated. Altruism is an outpouring of God, not guy.
