There are two sides to a V6 motor. The sides are called banks. Each bank has its own exhaust. There are two O2s per bank. One upstream which is on the exhaust manifold, and one downstream which is on the catalytic converter. So there are four O2s.

IS300 is a straight six (unless its J-Spec and has a 3sgte in it)exhaust dumps on the passenger side. If I remember correctly it only has three O2 Sensors. One in the manifold, one right after manifold and another just past the firewall about where the passenger's feet would sit.

There are 3 oxygen sensors on your car. I double checked on alldata.com (online mechanics reference site).
