Where does it say he was tortured????

Torture, in my opinion, includes removal of body parts or some other trauma that inflicts actual physical pain over a period of time.

Prison is not torture. Watching your Bible being dumped in a toilet is not torture. Naked butt pyramids or girls taking photos of your willie - not torture.

Beheading someone = torture.

The Eighth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits the federal government from imposing cruel and unusual punishment for federal crimes. The amendment states, "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted." The Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution bars the states from inflicting such punishment for state crimes, and most state constitutions also prohibit the infliction of cruel and unusual punishment.

Maybe that's why those cuckoo liberals are mad because we're breaking constutional rights...liberals are soooooo dumb.

I guess if Osama Bin Laden was ever caught, he would have to be put up at the Ritz-Carlton in case anyone complained of cruel and unusual treatment. This may be why they don't want to catch him. they don't know what to do with him. Can't be nice to him, can't be unkind to him. Just have to hand him over to the liberals to make a hero of him, I guess.

Well...once he admits to killing JFK and starting AIDS...then i won't feel bad.

To Rachel M...so you are suggesting that if a bunch of men stripped you naked and forced you to pile on top of other naked women while they took pictures that would be just fine? That appears to be exactly what you mean.

So, you're saying that using the SAME tactics that our "enemies" use is perfectly acceptable and that we should condem them for using them, while at the same time trying to convince people it's ok for us to use them?
Yeah, that sounds like typical conservative thinking...
