From space? No.

The images at Google Earth and other websites all use the same database of imagery. The images in which you can see houses, trees, and cars were taken by airplanes, not by satellites in space.

As for whether or not you can find your house with these websites/programs...it depends where your house is. Many urban areas have the resolution coverage to easily see houses, trees, vehicles, and occasionally a person. However, a lot of rural areas don't have the resolution to see much more than a blob where your house is. (Generally, the blobs are the best that space-satellites can see...at least the one that the public has access to.) Still the database is being improved all the time.

Just think about it: Google Earth has imagery for the vast majority of the world. To employ airplanes to fly low enough to get photographs, as well as get the sheer vast number of photographs necessary, would be impossible.
