It is very possible. However, are you going to be ok if everything doesn't work out that way? Maybe your husband is short. These are just things you need to think about. Right now, I would enjoy being 16 and still plan for the future. Check out come colleges in California, see which ones you like. Then go from there. It's all about baby steps.

You wrote "dream", and it makes me wonder if you really meant "vision". Do you foresee yourself with that life? Or is it a hope or a dream that all those things will fall into place? I know you don't think so, but you are so young, and SOO much possibility lays before you. When I was your age- I knew I would have a wonderful man, and kids ( I thought I would have girls not knowing anything about boys, but that's not the way it worked out ) with a career. And altho things have turned out in a way I did NOT expect, I am happy. That is the key to anything in life, be thankful for what you have, and happy to have it. Whether it be loved ones, a home, materials or intelligence ~ those of us who are truly happy, are those of us who are truly thankful. But in answer to your question, YES it is absolutely possible, altho you are a while away from that life, and NO - that doesn't sound like too much to me at all.:o]

Be happy just to be.:o]

no its not to much. everyone has dreams. i think u will never get ur absolute dream life because when all ur dreams have come ture and u dont have any left then whats there to live for. i think u will always have a dream, try and make it come true and when it does u will find a new one. Im 16 too and i want to go to uni (even know which one) and study medicine. I want to get married too, dont know about kids yet. I want to be really rich and live in a big house and travell the world (always wanted to go to egypt and japan). I´ve always wanted the chance of my first boyfriend beeing the love of my life (got that from my grandma, she married her first boyfirend and loved him until she died and he still loves her and doesnt want to be with anyone but her,soo sweet and sad). If i cant actually belive that my dreams come true than im sure urs will as they do seem a bit more realistic than mine lol. love the boys names by the way. Good luck with ur dreams, I hope they will all come true. everything is possible if you just try hard enough.

One thing about life is that it is always changing and not always as you expect. I think you are doing great in setting goals for yourself, right down to the children, however priorities change as you get older. Keep the vision in mind, remember compromise does not mean you are giving that vision up... and aim for the stars. That husband you mentioned for example.... you can find. But will you be madly in love with him? Is that more important than he being tall and athletic? Anything is possible.... just don't put your blinders on and miss the full picture of living.

hello !
it is very nice and human to make dreams and plans but older and wiser people use to say : when human beeings make plans god is laughing. and if you think it well, they are right. we sleep at night and we are not able to know how our life is going to be the next day, what may happen to us, good or bad.
i am sure really happy to see that a girl in your age thinks so mature. i hope everything to go in your life as you wish but don't push yourself. you are sweet 16 !
and as for your question if a dream of my life come true, yes ! one of my dreams was to live the big love every girl wants. and i did. with all it costs.
take care

well the only doubt i have is the 4 or 5 kids combined with being a doctor. being a doctor is a full time job, and having one kid is also a full time job. i´m not sure that 4 or 5 kids and the career can happen. my sister is a real go getter person, had 2 kids and had to quit working completely.

You can be, do and have whatever you want. If you can dream it, you can do it.

Please read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.

THE SECRET is a movie made by Australian writer Rhonda Byrne. In THE SECRET Byrne filmed interviews with many successful people about how they currently use "The Great Secret of Life" in their lives. She also wrote a book based on the movie (it is also available as an audiobook cd).

The Secret refers to "The Great Secret of Life" and how it has been secretly passed down through the ages by the most wealthy and successful people in history - it was ‘the secret' to their great success. The Secret also explains how anyone can use The Great Secret to be, do and have whatever they want in their life.

The Great Secret: "AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT, AS ABOVE, SO BELOW" from the Emerald Tablet, circa 3000 BC. From the Bible: "ON EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN." In modern language: "AS A MAN THINKETH IN HIS HEART SO HE I.," The Great Secret is THE LAW OF ATTRACTION. You attract to yourself whatever you think about. Your life becomes what you think about the most.

THE SECRET is wonderful information about how to be, do and have whatever you want in your life. I am grateful to Rhonda Byrne for making the movie (and book and CD) and getting that information out to people.
