I have heard that breast implants can be detected through normal chest/spinal x-rays. Is this true?

Yes, it's true. I worked in a radiology department. All you see on the xrays are white blobs, making it very difficult to read.

Yes, it is true. They also show up on mammograms, and have to be moved around by the technician. They show like half circle shadows, so you wont have any secrets. Best wishes
