From what I've read the average vagina is 6.5 inches in depth, so if women love men who are well endowed with 9" to 12", does that mean they love getting their cervix penetrated?

I don't think it is a myth. The thing is a lot of young women don't know enough about their own body to know that just 7" is enough. Plus the media hypes it up that bigger is better so when girls talk to their girlfriends they don't want to say their boyfriend is only 5". A lot of girls are curious about it too, is bigger really better?
BTW, I don't think the cervix can be penetrated in this way. I'm not 100% sure though.

It'sa male myth that women like hugely endowed men. If I see anything over 6.5 to 7 inches, I run in the opposite direction! And even at 6 inches, some positions (like doggy-style) are no-go's.
Men torture each other over this garbage and make each other feel less than masculine about it, when you'll find that most very big men have a hard time getting laid. A big penis is just scary, cuz it hurts!!!
