i want it to appear when people check their emails as a page and not as an attachment which needs to be downloaded.

In my version of Publisher i have the option to send email via the File menu. this will create it as a Web page that could be sent via email
You could also get a 'pdf printer' such as PDFCreator from http://www.pdfforge.org/. You would 'print' to the PDFCreator printer and then attach the file to the email

Ok, when you say print, Have Micrsoft Image writer, there you can make it has an image an paste into the email has a email, but has a newsletter; if that made any sense. If you don't have Microsoft Image writer, Go to download.com and search Image writer, or Print Screen Tech, etc. That should help in sending a newsletter rather than an attachment.
