I've been with my company for 2 years, and might change careers. I like working with people, and busy work. I just sit infront of the PC all day.

I don't know if it's my job, or if I'm just depressed. I'm thinking of getting a career counselor, or even a life coach.

Review your other life areas, such health and fitness; social life; sex and dating; hobbies; volunteering, etc. Have any of these changed drastically enough to impact your overall mood throughout the day? When you settle in that seat in front of the PC, does the slacking off and all come from another area of your life in thought or physical impact? Then, review the subject area, work enivronment, pay, and your other criteria and see what's changed or has bored you. You should sit down and make a list of pros and cons of both major categories when you're not so tired or glum and with a cup of jasmine tea.

I would reccomend meeting wit both. Maybe you do need to talk to a therapist, or maybe your just realizing that your job needs to change.

You could also talk to your boss, see if there is something else you can do.

Check out a career counselor, I dunno about a life coach, I know nothing about them.

But from your general description, sounds like you're not challenged enough, so do something better!
