The last US census seems to claim there are 64,658

Official statistics show 5 people over the age of 110 still alive.
There are no statistics about those over the age of 100, or I have not been able to locate them.
However it is possible there are a few hundreds, especially among Indian tribes.

There were over 55,000 in the year 2005 in the United States.

I don't know the exact number but I think there is enough to always have one of them in front of me going real slow on the freeway with their blinker on.
