You don't. Magnets don't do anything. It's a complete scam to make money.

You get rid of cramps by taking Ibuprofen and a heating pad. Remember, it does pass in a day. If not, you should see your GYN.

I know of a few people that have done that but it was with specific magnets. They worked with the electrical charges of the cells.
