a few months ago i was having the same problem, and it had lasted for several months too.. loosing a lot of hair in the shower, and while brushing. i started eating a bit more vegetables, and took multivitamins and was surprised how suddenly my hair loss stopped... pretty much completely solved by the end of the week! If you want to know where to get some really exceptionally excellent vitamins that can be mailed directly to you within a few days, email me cause many of the ones sold in stores are not nearly as effective.

If you don't have a hormonal imbalance like hypothyroid, it sounds stress related. You can take the vitamin biotin for healthier hair and nails, and try to relax. Hair loss can vary for each individual, but everyone loses hair every day.
