I say go to a salon to refine you look like pluck and shape you eyebrows and do something with your hair for the old look wear no eyeshadow and lots of eyeliner only on the top lashes and mascara and a really pretty red lipstick but please go to a salon and refine your look

Get your hair cut to shoulder length. And get a relaxer or straightener put in it. Then use large rollers to style it. They didn't really use highlights back then so stay away from those. Try some more warm red lipsticks, black liner on the top lid and mascara.

Well if you want to change your look step out of your comfort zone. There are a lot of different kinds out there and you don't have to pick one. When you go shopping pick out like a cute top and accessories and come up with your own style. If you want to find a shade of lipstick that works for you go to MAC they have tons of shades that will work.

Well you can start by cutting your hair and dying it if your color is dull. Since you have dark hair alot of colors would look good on you. For lipstick shade go for a red.

take a look at christina agurilea *didnt spell her last name right* but take a look at her. she is like those old fashioned ones now. the way she dresses. it looks fabulous. i think the really red lipstick/gloss would look very nice on you if you are the old fashion types.
