Why is America always inventing Processed fake foods? The Nacho cheese that is the color of an orange crayola crayon and is always in a liquid state. the "American" cheese that dosent really have a particular flavor, it just comes in yellow or white, and tastes something like salty plastic. Then there's fruit drinks with no real fruit juice, and the wonder bread that makes you wonder why a slice of it can be compressed to the size of a grape etc.etc.etc.

why cant we make good foods like other countries such as France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and so many other countries, many of which are in Africa too?

We are into "quick and easy" because we are always rushing around. If people didn't buy "fake" food, there would be no demand for "fake" food. If you look at Capitalistic Countries you'll find that anything quick and easy is the norm, as no one has time to really cook a meal and sit down to enjoy it. Too busy trying to make ends meet. It is sad................

It's called convenience. You didnt know that Americans are the busiest people in the world. We buy these foods for quick and easy fixings to get on with the next task, to spend more time with family ect. Not all American food is bad for you so try not to knock us down too bad. You just have to be careful of what you eat. No one is forcing you to eat something that is processed or looks like plastic. You are the one who is putting it in your mouth not the one who makes it.

We eat with our eyes first.....that may explain the colour part.

And all those by-products that are added into that 'Wonder Bread' is stuff so that it has a longer shelf life and its made with more air. (Because sliced bread goes stale faster than un-sliced.)

Living so close to the U.S. boarder I noticed that American have this stuff - lets just call it cheese in a can. After studying it I realized that its one molecule short of being plastic; but on the up side it can last years in your cupboard without going bad.

America is worried more about its sales and bottom line than nutritional value (or so it may appear)

Because America is selfish. Americas companys only think about how they will benefit. They could care less if they are making so much of our population overweight as long as they are rackin in the dough.

Its cheaper. Thats why its in public schools, and kids get a taste for it. Eat anything enough and you develop a taste for it.
