He should. Everyone else in the country does. Another reason they vote for him is that they don't want to hear him sing at the end of the elimination show.

I think he should bow out. He knows he's the worst. You'd think pride would make him step down. He must feel like an awful fool. Between votefortheworst.com and Howard Stern (who is also promoting vote for the worst), they are making it hard for the really talented people.

Have you visited the vftw website? In my humble opinion its made up of the people who didn't get as far as Simon/Paula/Randy and they are borderline INSANE with jealousy/envy so they have to make EVERYBODY miserable because they're not even entertaining enough to be 1 of those who get through just for shock value to entertain us.
