Well, Vader and Yoda fought in Return of the Jedi, and Vader killed him, so I'd say Darth Vader.

Yoda, not even close. Yoda can beat the emperor and Obi Wan can almost beat Darth.

Hmmmm...tough question. Yoda took on Palpatine and lost. However, Vader, even at his best was slighlty clunky. BUT, didn't palpatine call Anakin Vader before he ever got his body shield. What vader are you talking about?
