around the school area,and sometimes the library that's not that far from the school.Who should I contact to get them out of that area around my kid's school?

Call the police and inform them. If the police don't make an effort, form a community group. Other parents are likely noticing. Teachers and librarians are probably not happy. Work together to impact the city.

Whoa.. hookers in that kinda of area? what would they be doing there in the first place? And whom would be their clients? How weird! I would say..notify the school staffs.. and if that doesnt work then call the cops. Cheers and good luck!

I think I have a solution for you..... Id say you take your pellet gun with you, cover your childrens eyes and then get them in the @ss so they can leave.......LOL
