Not to me it's not, and I'm white, but then again I'm not a politically correct retard like some people, somebody will find it offensive and go running off to the local Race Relations Office, saying their feelings have been hurt, and demand compensation, all I can say to these people is.( FOR GOD'S SAKE GET A LIFE ).

Some use it to mean more than just the skin, but a wishy washy character. In either case I find it ridiculous to have to label people in any way. There's perfect words / names for every country & it's natives.
