i am an indian so better give me exercise tips than diet tips! diet tips are also preferrable

First thing you need to do to put on weight is start taking a protein supplement and creatine. Then figure out what exercises you can do, or if you need to join a gym. If you're a beginner, you can start with push-ups, pull-ups and lunges. If you join a gym, bench press, squats, and lat pulldowns are the basics you should start with. You want to lift weights at least 4 days a week and do cardio at least 3 days. Do your cardio first thing in the morning.

Look Up 'the anabollic diet' and 't-dawg2.o' both are good healthy diets that you could follow

since you just want to put weight on your chest I'm going to assume you're also younger(15-16) and simply dont know any better
what I mean by that comment is that you will look like a fool and risk ruining your shoulders if you build up just your chest
work on everything
do a search on 'bodybuilding's next frontier' and do yourself a fovor

This all depends of course on your metabolism and how much you are eating. I would need to know your current weight and height. How much you eat now. For example if you eat about 2000 calories a day add 500 to that so you can gain a healthy weight. You should do chest about once to three times a week depending if this is a week part. Remember this will take time especially if you are a young man muscle maturity will help in building the muscle you need.

k if u want to put on muscle mass work out more. pench press mostly. try a high protine diet

work out at the gym or you can do it yourself by watching tapes
