A.F.I. means A Fire Inside.
It used to stand for Asking For It but they changed it after their 3rd album.
Also "AFI," can stand for Agencia Federal de Investigación, the equivalent of Mexico's FBI. (but this was not the intended purpose)

The first two people were right, it stands for A Fire Inside. It could mean FBI or something, but that's not what it was intended to mean.
