The translation would be "Te amo pero no puedo estar contigo", although that’s too literal a translation for me. Depending which is the situation you can use different expressions. For example if you live far apart and that’s the reason why you can't be together you can also say " te amo pero no podemos estar juntos" (I love you but we can’t be together. Also instead of using Amo (love) you can use "Te quiero" that express in that context the same emotion, but is more appropriate when the relationship isn't that long or that serious.
