When she walked past-she lowered her head as she passed me.SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DONE THIS IN THE OFFICE!Other times she smiled and we made eye contact. A GOOD SIGN???
When her friends walked past-they sometimes looked at me+smiled+stoped talking.Then they suddenly started talking again as soon as they passed me!!!The same happened during lunch occasionly.GOOD SIGN???
BOTH THE ABOVE THINGS HAVE STOPPED HAPPENEING FOR " 2 WEEKS". She don't walk past my desk at all,unless she has a team meeting/lunch.Don't see her a t lunch either!
Have I blown my chance???Was she waiting for me to make a move?
We never spoke-work in different departments, I don't deal with her at all.
Has the ship sailed?

It's to much of a coincidence if things suddenly change-it's not really reading into too much at all. Especially as we used to smile at each other+the body language said a lot also!

You know what, just go ahead and talk to her... Don't just sit there wondering about things... "Has the ship sailed, has the plane taken off..." because if you continue to do this, that is bound to happen. Just go ahead and TALK TO HER!!!
You've got nothing to lose, and nobody is going to kill you for this... just make the first move. Try to catch up with her for lunch... and then maybe talk about food/movies/her hobbies/interests etc;
This way get things moving... Ask her out for a coffee in the evening or movie or dinner etc;
You don't have to do anything special... just be your normal self and if she likes you too, its going to be one smooth sailing as she would know that you like her too.
The good thing in your case is that there already seem to be a lot of positive signs... For all you know she must be wondering "What that hell more does he want me to do" or maybe thinking that you're not interested. And I'm sure once you start talking you will have a million things to talk about... you can ask how her department works... tell her about how your dept. is etc; etc;
Life is too precious to be sitting there wondering and just let things pass by.

Well on taking the other information of your other questions I expect she has a special friend already for things like snogging and wot not. So she may not have been interested in the first place or hormonal or just liked you in a I wonder why he has that spot on his nose sort of way.
Yes the ship sailed. Yes the chance has been wafted on the crest of a wave. No she wasn't waiting for you to move. Plus I expect the friends stopped and looked at you cos they all fancied you but their boats are all leaking and half sunk.

could be that she moved on or maybe she just got tired of waiting 4 u to make a move or maybe she found someone else. it could be a lot of thing but u will not find out here with strangers. go and talk to her tell her u want to go out on a date. i kow that is scary and guys are scraed of rejection but if u really like her make that effort u never know. good luck !

I wouldnt pay it too much mind....actually this sounds like something you deal with in high school not at work......go look for the real women and not the girls who like play games. Unless you really dig her and want to go for it.

sounds like she may be waiting for you to make the first move,so just ask her out,she can only say yes or no,if she says no then say ok thats fine,walk away and forget her.
