I watched a TV programme about sleep and apparently you can train yourself to sleep less - you just need to stick to it. 6 hours is fine for anyone but if you have long lie ins at the weekend it throws you all out of whack. I love a good 10 hours like anyone else but i'd love to get by on less as it's such a waste of time!

I see to that I sleep for at least 6 hours everyday. I mention 'everyday' because I go to work in round-the-clock shifts. After night shift I sleep in the day. If the sleep is less than 6 hrs, then I feel dull and my performance in any activity comes down. In many cases I have lost the deals due to my decreased concentration which in turn has been due to lack of sleep. Nothing in the world is so pleasing as getting-up late in the morning on Sundays after a relaxing sleep. So, prolong your sleep as much comfortably as you can. Have a sound sleep.

Usually I'll sleep 9 or 8 hours a night, but I can sleep for 3 hours and feel as though I slept 8.

I try to get 6-7. It's nowhere near enough. I'd be happy if I could sleep a good 10 hours.

I need a lot of sleep. Most nights I get eight but a couple of nights a week I need more. I actually had to break up with someone because I was turning into a nervous wreck because he didn't need very much sleep, and I did. He could stay up late and get up early and I would just be a blithering idiot after a few days. Screaming mimi.....yes I was. And that is how I know that I need a lot of sleep ....so there! :D

Depends on the night around 6 or 5, sometimes 4, sometimes 10 :) but on most nights its not enough
