I'm not talking about certification, which means specialty or mastery of skills and knowledge, but certificate, which is more about a specific course completion and details the education that you had. Do these certificates really boost my resume and make me look more appealing to employers even though my diploma already includes the courses that I have certificates in?

It might, if youre posting your resume somewhere where a computer is scanning for specific things.

Absolutely, as it shows your willingness to learn about changes in your area of expertise Some degrees/professions (teaching, medicine, clergy) actually require recertification every few years, as things can change so rapidly.....
