What would you think of me if I told you this?

I am a 20 year old male, who was preparing to father a child by my 36 year old mother. We both have respectful employment, living arrangements, and we both are aware of the risks. Also we are both concenting to this arrangement. I feel that we have a better chance to succeed than most couples do. Plus I know that we both love one another in an honest, sexual, and adult manner.

Find someone other than your own mother to have a child with......when you are older and able to think clearly.What kind of relationship have you had with your mother anyway.It sounds pretty sick to me !!!
Never mind the horrendous repercussions the poor child could have.
If these living arrangements are with your mother,I think you should get out right now and find your own.I would also seriously consider breaking off any relationship with her.PERIOD.It is not a very healthy one to say the least.
You had better hope for both your sakes that no finds out
about this before they report you to the authorities and CPS if you go ahead with your plan. This is Incest.
I truly hope you come to your senses before it's too late.

Well that would be incest, illegal in most places. Breeding too close to the genetic line often causes birth defects so you would not be doing a potential child any favors. Also you both may want to seek counseling as this is a rather problematic relationship. If you are set on this course adopt, safer for the child. But consult your local laws as to avoid getting jail time for your incestuous relationship with your mother.

This is truly very very sad, & I'm sorry for you & this child that is now helpless & forced to grow up believing its ok to have a relationship with the one person who's pupose in life is to nuture, watch grow, graduate, date, go to proms, marry & have healthy babys & grandchildren, maybe protect & fight for our country, & to teach, & to make responsible decisions, & carry on with the family name thru tradition & family morals (A Mother). That's where it starts If that makes any sense at all. It is wrong, selfish & immoral & would be no different if you had the same type of arrangement with your child to be. & your childrens children. as well as disabilities, & suffer severe birth defects & emotional trama from this as well. It is wrong, & your mother must suffer from some sort of severe insecurities or something else, & has now carried it on to you & she needs help immediatly for even concidering this type of arrangement & seek help right away. I This is not a healthy relationship & is abnormal behavour & should not visit her untlis you both seek help. One day you will regret this & your feelings will change 5 even 10 years from now. You are young & still have your whole life ahead of you. you have not expereinced all lifes meanings & you were sadly taught very wrong &. If you don't believe this & that your thoughts and feelings won't change even a year from now, you are sadly mistaken. You will suffer qonsequences & your child as well for years to come.

My advice to you is " & I beg you Don't carry this over to the next generation for the sake of this child who will or is completely helpless in all of this, our children are our future. & end this arrangement immediatly & seek counceling, there are hundreds of recources, even a church. And tell your mother that she needs to do the same, shame on her, ANd break this chain of evil events that have taken place & put your feelings aside. Remember the words. "We reap what we sew" I would not waste any time on this to seek advice on a professional level if not for you, for the sake of this child. My prayers go out to you & this child, & pray that your mother opens her eyes & realized she has altered your future & I pray she does the same & gets professional help immedialty & before it's too late. when the poor baby is born with 3 eyes a pointed head and umpteen health problems maybe you and your 'mom' will get a clue. There is a reason this is illegal. your mom is a freak
