I am 13 dpo (days past ovulation) my normal lutuel phase is 12 days and my temp is consistantly high, when should I do a home pregnancy test and get an accurate result?

The day after you miss your period, first thing in the morning.

Because you are one day past your normal luteal phase, you should be able to get an accurate answer now. If it comes back negative, I'd wait until 18 dpo to try again. At that point, if you have sustained higher temps, you're almost certainly pregnant.

u can take test on any day on 2 weeks after ovulation. some tests will give results as early as 7th day after conception but it is better after 2 weeks of ovulation to get accurate results.

it takes about 2 weeks after intercourse for results to show up on test.

You can try now.

You could also wait until you are 18DPO w/ continued elevated temperatures OR you could wait until 3 days beyond your longest LP.

Now should be accurate though!

now and just see what it says then in couple days go see ur gynecologic for blood test
