Which would YOU pick?
A.) Work in a place part-time hourly where you have plenty of loving/funny/great friends near/at your age but you get a horrible pay check every other week and no benefits (no sick time, no vacation, no insurance, etc.)
OR...
B.)Work in a place full-time salary where you have much more money coming in twice a month, you get sick/vacation time, you have great insurance.... BUT all the people you work with are stuck up, leave you out of everything, you're the youngest by ten years, and when you try to talk to them they look at you like you're retarded.

B would look better on your resume. You wouldn't get in trouble for being too chatty with your friends. After a while the people at B will get to know you. If you ask lots of questions they will admire you for wanting to learn. You can spend the extra money you make having fun with your friends nights and weekends and buying a few more splurges than with the A job. Lastly, you don't have to spend your entire life at B after a while you can apply for an even better job. Think of B as a stepping stone ( a chance to grow) to a better future. I'll get off my soapbox now. Good Luck.

In a place the place i do no longer likely experience comfortable in. this difficulty happened to me some years lower back and that i made a decision to go someplace new. I did'nt experience comfortable at first, yet I went obtainable, joined a club or 2 and started to make new acquaintances. I communicated with my kinfolk by Skype and now, I do experience comfortable in my new abode. Oh, i'm an Aquarius. stable success

I would have to say B. I work at a A place now and I am not liking it. They are not my age but all men, so I dont have to deal with the female gossip in the office and so forth but I am sick of only talking to the gay guy in the office about clothes. I would rather not have a friend at all and be making mad money.

I'd go with "A.)" I have to deal with enough stuck up people, I already don't feel like a part of anything and enough people tend to look at me like I'm retarded. Why would I purposely invite more of the same?
As far as the age, that doesn't bother me.

I'd pick the job with more $, benifits ect. Its great to be able to enjoy what you do and have fun with who you work with, but you have to look at the realistic picture. I need enough $ to sustain my lifestyl and health insurance in case I get sick etc.. Maybe those people at the other job would be nice to hang around and whatnot, but I have to live.. and you more than "fun" to live

You would have to pick B. I know it's great to have friends and all at work but the people at B will come around you just have to be patient and prove yourself, The benefits alone are worth it.

I actually work at place B right now -- to a "T"! The problem is that while I would certainly take a slight pay cut to be happier, I cannot take a huge paycut. I have too many responsibilities and that's what keeps me coming back to this miserable place where I am not respected, lied to, and generally treated like crap on a daily basis.
Lord, help me please! :-)

In today's economy one must concentrate on salary/benefits etc. Working with stuck up people can be over come..eventually.
I choose B

I would choose A, but I would also get a second full-time job to supplement the lack of income and benefits of the p/t job.

I would pick the first in a heartbeat. I have been there done that already. It really sucks. I would rather be happy & poor than comfortable or rich & miserable.
