yeah, when it comes to sports announcing, i would say i like Jim nantz the second worse, only behind Joe Buck for Fox Sports. That staunchy bum always puts his conservative 2 cents spin on every single comment he does. Plus he's annoying.

I like Mr. Nantz's work on CBS Sports, basketball included. I prefer a low-key approach to TV play -by -play, not a loud, wordy presentation. After all, we do have PICTURES, unlike radio, where you NEED a lot of words for descriptions.

I wouldn't agree with that. He doesn't get in the way like a Dick Vitale. Now, I'd find that just distracting.
