Personally, I would first buy a 13-foot or 16-foot trampoline in order to learn how to do the flips. That way you can practice without cracking your head open.

I teach at several studios and gyms in the US, while we do not have an adult only class for gymnastics, we do have adults that take with the high school girls. Can you join a class of younger students? If it wouldn't bother you to be older than the others in class, it could be a great place to begin learning. If you have not had any training you really need to start with a professional coach in a beginner class. There is really too much that can go wrong and you really can hurt yourself.
If you have had prior training, and you know the basics and how to stay safe, then you can begin to teach yourself on a trampoline or even a gym mat. But that is only a safe thing to do if you have the knowledge of how to do the tricks correctly already.

We sometimes do things like that in my kung fu class. I can imagine there's probably a few martial arts classes that teach the flashy stuff.

All of my brothers boy cousins taught theirself how to do flips and all that stuff. They never used a trampoline, they stated on regular grass and never hurt themselves, somaybe you can teach yourself...

My friend, whose a tricker, had his dad spot him when he first started. So get someone to spot you(mind you, his dads also very experienced in martial arts, so he knew what hw was doing).
