Your body is in a state of stress. You feel an aching longing for something you cannot have. It is an addiction or compulsion. You feel like it is really a NEED, not a desire, to have that person and even though it's NOT a need, your body acts as if it is. It all comes from your mind. You are obsessing over the person and will keep doing it until you find something or someone else to fixate on. The best thing to do is an activity that does not take up TOO much energy because then you will just give up, but something enjoyable and not too stressful. Go do something physical like play sports, drive, or play a game. Reading or watching a movie might make you think more about the person because it's passive. And if you have to concentrate, your mind won't be in it. Good luck :)

You are acting strange and others notice that something has happened to you. Your tastes might change and you will look better or lose weight and other improvements. That's only in a successful love situation though. The very opposite occurs when you get rejected. So May You Be Happily Love Sick!!! Enjoy it while you Can!! It is Special!!
