You don't. Such comments are insensitive and likely to cause hurt feelings. Theres no law that says anyone has to dress the way you prefer. A picture showing your look against their look might have helped though. You may have a point, you may be way off target.

You didn't say if the person dresses trampy or you want the person to dress trampy or what.
Unless the person is dressed like a $3 street walker, i would suggest not saying anything at all. If you really like the person, how they dress should concern you least.
In the case of dressing trampy, you would simply tell the person that some guys get the wrong ideas about the way a woman dresses when they dress like that.., and stress that you are concerned, not being a fashion critic.

You should'nt tell them. You may not like the way that they dress, but they may feel comfortable with it. If you really care about them they you'll accept the way that they dress.
How would you like it if someone told you that they didnt like the way that you dress?

well i would say baby i love u with all of my hair but i don't care for the way u dress and u need to tone it down a bit

Why is it your business how someone dresses??? Let them wear what they want. Maybe they don't care what you think. That's pretty shallow. Just like them for who they are.
