How can I use my cell phone as a portable laptop internet connection?

I have a Cingular Razor and an Apple G4 powerbook. Both have bluetooth and communicate very well together, but I haven't been able to get an internet connection off of the computer from my cell phone. I know this is possible. Is there any speacial information I need from Cingular? And when I do get a connection how fast will it actually be?

got to sign up for their service and you will need the cable that plugs into cell and into computer!
