It strikes me as horrifying that I even have to ask. It seems the media is more preoccupied with whether or not he was tortured than how many people he murdered. I'd go so far as to assume that the media would take his word for it if he did say he'd been tortured.
America's true haters are not in Iraq, or Iran, or North Korea. They're here, they're entrenched, and they've got a greater hold on the collective American mind than any anti-American malefactor in history.
But, nonetheless, it's a free country, and we have to take the good with the bad. Does the man deserve to be put to death, if he is indeed guilty of what he says he's done?

I am a liberal.
I would hang him myself if they'd let me.

If he really was involved in the 9/11 conspiracy (whether or not it is proven),he most certainly deserves to die.
But if he isn't really involved & 'confessed' only because his family has been kidnapped by the FBI/Mossad goons who are threatening rape/torture/murder unless he confesses, implicates others and keeps his mouth shut till a verdict is announced, then what?
Wouldn't the real killers go scott free, roaming the streets of America, planning another disaster while everyone is happily asleep unaware of the danger?
Which is a more frightening scenario?

I know! To even have to ask.....and what IS the deal with the media not minding the play by play that he laid out but rather worried about how the information was obtained. I say, an eye for an eye! Peace, my fellow PROUD American!
PS: Robby's Girl has the right idea! Way to go girl. I admire a woman who is not afraid to speak her mind.

Yes, although he needs to be disembowled and hung by his toenails. I hope we are torturing him in Gitmo, because that's nothing compared to what he's done to everyone he's hurt/killed. I completely agree with you - all of the America haters are right here in our own country and it's really sick. I truthfully am afraid for the future. We do nothing about Iran and that nutbag running things over there, we still haven't found Osama, we have the Liberals pushing for socialism and tea parties with these wackos and the American public is buying it. Nobody wants to get these illegals out of here - everyone just uses the same stupid line "they're doing jobs that Americans won't do" Well I say that's B.S. We need to have martial law enacted and clean up this country. I really don't have high hopes.

Technically yes, I think he deserves it.
However I think he should rot in prision. Why? Because this guy wants to die and if he does he'll be some sort of martyr. But if you let him sit in prison for ever with a bunch of infidels telling him waht to do, that would be soooo much better.
He also confessed to beheading Dan Pearl.

Yes. I would invite the father of Daniel Pearl to cut his head off but knowing his political affiliation I think he would refuse. If the US does try to execute the Sheik watch out for Libs to pop up wearing those silly lapel ribbons reading "Free Sheik Kalid Now". Susan Sarandon and the usual nitwit leftist will be supporting this as well.

I think the families of the victims of 9/11 should be the jury. Also the families of the media person who was beheaded to be the judge.

Yes. Legally Conspiracy to commit murder is the same as murder. Just because he wasn't on the planes, and he didn't physically carry out the hijackings, does not mean he does not bear full responsibility.
