I bidded and won an item on ebay. That was two weeks ago, shouldn't I have received by now?? I have tried to email the seller, and the mail gets sent back to me.
How do I go about fixing this if I don't receive the item???

IS your seller still registered on e-Bay ? IF not, you got screwed and you can forget about it... If yes, report to e-Bay.

Contact eBay, and tell them you are unable to contact the seller, and you need help since it has been 2 weeks, and you have not received it yet. Go into your "My eBay" and look at the "Related Links." There is a link there that reads "report item not received."

If you paid through paypal and the item hasn't arrived in a reasonable amount of time, 2 weeks may be reasonable depending on where it was to be shipped from, you can file a dispute through paypal to get your money back.
If you paid with a check, look to seeif the check has cleared, chances are it has not after such ashort amount of time.
Check feedback scores in the future to be more comfortable with buyers & sellers.

Depends, if it was sent media mail then it could still be in the mail.Wait a few more days then report it to paypal and ebey.

did you pay with paypal? if so file a dispute. I have gotten my money back a couple of times through that method.
on ebay, I think they have almost the same set-up

please tell me you got delivery confirmation always get this while dealing with eBay... also you gotta give the seller one month before you can complain to eBay about it
