1. Alonso, a much more complete driver, and Raikkonen now needs to disprove the theory that he was a car breaker at McLaren.
2. Hamilton, Barrichello has been a No.2 driver for too long and can't seem to get the Honda working for him.
3. Rosberg and Webber, the others have all underachieved in F1.
4. Currently Davidson and Albers, but I think Sato could become a great driver if someone took him under their wing like Ferrari did with Massa.

1, Alonso is the more focused. Did you hear abpout Raikkonon in that snowmobile competition, real fun driver stuff but not what a world class driver does (OK, maybe in the 70's).
2, As a number 2, you'd have to go to Barrichello. The guy has years of experience. (Sorry Hamilton but you sound too posh for me to be great.)
3, Rosberg and Heindfeild. The look like they could do some good in a so-so car this year, they won't set the world alight, but oh well.I don't know what it is but I never got behind Coulthard till his second season at Red Bull (always thought he should have won more.) Webber, thinks he can do it but alll too little results. Trulli not enough consistancy and Ralf is so wrong, (if I may quote John Lennon when asked if Ringo was the best drummer in the world, "He's not even the best in the Beatles!") he's not even the one of the three best at Toyota.
4, I don't know too much about Sutil so I don't want to look foolish but out of the other three I would go for Albers, I've always liked his driving, I'd like to see him in a good car. Sato I think knows his time has gone and might get an eigth one race. Davidson has been there or there abouts for a lot of years, I think he has one season to get in a top car. My answer is Albers and Davidson/Sato (can't decide which.)
Why no mention on Massa? Could not understand why they signed him a year ago (thought he was ok, nothing great) and what a job he did. I will miss Micheal this year, I think he was still better than Alonso last year.

To answer your question first: 1. Raikkonen 2.Barrichello 3. Coulthard & Webber 4.Albers & Sutil.
Now, it seems also to me, you are into one of those F-1 fantasy games there are in some popular UK publications and have to pick pairings from certain groups. Otherwise you shouldn't be pairing rookies with some drivers that have several years in top racing.
FYI: Hamilton & Sutil haven't started a single F-1 race yet. (Next Sunday they will) and Davidson has only started one GP so far.
But anyway, I hope all this help. Good luck!

1. Who is the best out of the following two drivers
Alonso?
Raikkonen?
I'm a big fan of Raikkonen, but not many have competed and beaten M. Schumacher to a title when he was in a competitive car (Hakkinen is really the only other driver to do it, as Hill and Villeneuve both did it while the Ferrari was far inferior to the Williams). Therefore I have to go with ALONSO.
2. Who is the best out of the following two drivers
Barrichello?
Hamilton?
Hamilton has proven himself to be a very talented driver in the GP2 series, but has yet to compete at the top level. Due to his experience, the better driver of the two I feel is BARRICHELLO, but I think Hamilton will have the better results this season as I expect the McLaren to be superior to the Honda.
3.Who are the best two out of the following drivers?
Heidfield?
Coulthard?
Webber?
Trulli?
Ralf Schumacher?
Rosberg?
Hmmm, tough one. Coulthard for me wasted his time at McLaren although he has had some good drives at RBR. Webber never seems to get the breaks. Rosberg seems talented but erratic. Trulli although a fast driver, isn't so hot over the whole race. R. Schumacher isn't anything special. Heidfeld again is a middle-of-the series driver. Out of them all I'd say WEBBER is the best driver, followed probably by COULTHARD. Robert Kubica would be my tip for the best driver in the midfield this year.
4. Who are the best two out of the following drivers?
Sutil?
Albers?
Davidson?
Takuma Sato?
Again, a tough one with Sutil and Davidson largely unproven at this level. Davidson has been waiting a while for his break and is by all accounts a very talented driver. When he had a couple of races with Minardi a few seasons back he was quite close to then-teammate Mark Webber if I recall correctly. As for the other two Sato is erratic and a bit of liability and Albers is a solid driver. So out of the two I'm going to pick DAVIDSON and ALBERS.

1. Who is the best out of the following two drivers
Alonso?
Raikkonen?
Alonso is a very capable driver, and worthy World Champion. However, had Kimi had a similar car last season he would quite possibly won the WC. The downside as far as Raikkonen goes is that he is rumoured to be a car breaker, having retired from the lead on numerous occasions.
2. Who is the best out of the following two drivers
Barrichello?
Hamilton?
Barrichello has had his own fair of bad luck, and after several seasons of lackluster performances, this could well be his last. Hamilton on the otherhand is an unknown quantity in F1, he's impressed in other formulas, and rarely has a rookie landed such a top drive. Obviously Ron and McLaren are well behind him. I think, given that Rubens was often unable to best make his opportunity at Ferrari, I would have to choose Lewis.
3.Who are the best two out of the following drivers?
Heidfield? - Potential, but overshadowed by Kubica.
Coulthard? - Overshadowed when by Hakkinen and Raikkonen, but has excelled in a fresh team.
Webber? - A true talent, but needs to concentrate his attention away from off-track politics.
Trulli? - Great one lap qualifier, but tends to be a roadblock during the race.
Ralf Schumacher? - Would he be in the sport without a seven times world champion as his brother? I'm not sure.
Rosberg? - Showed potential with Williams last season, lost the plot when reliability issues showed their head.
Probably Coulthard, but experience aside, I would pick Webber with Rosberg third.
4. Who are the best two out of the following drivers?
Sutil? - Another driver whose excelled elsewhere, will be interesting to see his debut on Sunday.
Albers? - Appears good, and we'll no doubt see him in a better car next season. Possibly a replacement for Rubens/Trulli.
Davidson? - A great talent, very fast in the third car last season for Honda. I expect to see him on the podium, even with Super Aguri.
Takuma Sato? - Captain Crash Bang Wallop - he's sometimes fast, but more of a PR nightmare than anything else.
I'd pick Davidson anytime.
Could be worth asking the same F1 questions on the forums at: http://www.forumula1.net as you'll get more responses.

1. Raikkonen. Alonso is skillfull but was in the right place, right time for kit that suited him.
2. Barichello. The jury is out on Hamilton until the end of this season.
3. Webber, Ralf. Be nice to see either of them in a decent car.
4. Albers, Davidson. Tako is a bleedin' liability.

1. On the track, they're evenly matched. I think this battle will come down to the car, and to what they do off-track. I can't speak to the car, but off-track, Alonso seems to be much more committed to working with his team an developing the car, and this is a significant factor. Ferrarri did well with Schumi, not just because of his skill & talent on track, but his devotion to the team off.
2. Hard to say... for this season, I would tend to favor Hamilton, but that's because of the team, not necessarily the driver. Baricello is very talented, though, and if he has a good car, watch out.
3. Definetly Coutlhard-- he's settled very comfortable into his role at Red Bull, and he's a very sharp, if not overly agressive driver. Webber and Heifeld have both had moments of sheer brilliance, but have yet to put on the sort of steady (if not always top-of-the podium spectacular) performace that you can count on from DC. Of the group, Ralf is definetly the most overrated. He's Schumi Lite--all the ego, half the talent.
4. I'm not very familiar with either Sutil or Davidson, so I can't comment on them. Sato seems to have a gift for blowing the kind of chance that good drivers take to the podium. As for Albers, he was very good in DTM, but I wonder if he ca really handle the step up to F1.
