I would have all of Super Man's powers, except without his weakness to kryptonite. No special name, outfit, or catch phrase because I would keep my powers a secret.

I would be able to make anything grow whenever and wherever I wanted just by thinking it.
My outfit would be a green button-up shirt under denim overalls with green crocs. (Hey, thats what I'm wearing right now!)
