Write anything with the 1-2-3 Method:

1. Tell them what you're going to tell them.
I am going to show you how to use the 1-2-3 Method when writing anything, anytime.

2. Tell them.
Use this method by starting with a subject. Write what you're going to say about the subject. Give your point of view.

Give credit to any source that you use.
www.encyclopedia - etc.
Page or item referenced.
Then give your ideas of the subject.

3. Tell them what you told them.
In summary, you now see that you can write anything using the 1-2-3 Method by starting out with an Introduction, Body of the Report, and summary of what you found by writing this report.

Start out with 1 sentence for each of the 3 items.
Then add 1 more sentence for each of the 3 items.
Before you know it, the report will be finished!
Always - use the author and the publication that they wrote, as in Ms. Help You - yahoo-answers - wrote something etc.
Underline any book titles.

It worked for me, and if you have more questions - just ask.

For an outline, just jot down your initial points and facts. As for the bibliography, go here: http://citationmachine.net/ and click MLA, then Web Page. Hope this helps :)
