Yes, indeed. I was back in elementary school and loved a series of movies called Unico

loved it back then and was really into it, just thought it was cartoon but years later in highschool when i wanted to rewatch it i searched it up and found it was an anime.
And not only that the first anime i loved years ago was made by Osamu Tezuka (the "father/creator" of anime, hes often called).
Too bad it's hard to find nowdays.

Voltron was a big one for me, which is why the power rangers suck (since they did nothing but rip off the big V-Man). Another I just recently learned the name of is called Unico. It was a movie that played on the Disney channel a long time ago. Love that one.
NK I just read your post and that is awesome! I just bought it on ebay not too long ago. It's a rip from TV but it was worth it to me!

My favs would include the already mentioned Voltron, Robotech, and one that might go by a different name but I remember as Battle of the Planets.

"Digimon," when it first came out . . . yeah I know it's stupid of me but I really didn't know. Also I didn't know Transformers was anime for a long time.
