Nuvaring isn't the cause. It may be a 'settling-in' pain, or a mild bladder infection, go and see a pharmacist and describe it to them, they'd know if you are maybe having a rare reaction to Nuvaring but I doubt it.

Fill a pepsi bottle with hot water and put on belly, also use a magnet off the fridge for cramps.
take a pamprin --maybe 2 or 3 for fast results.

You may want to go see your doctor. Vaginal pain and nausea could be signs of something serious.

Are you using tampons? If so, go to the Dr. I know that you can get sick using tampons somtimes. But def. call your Dr. or go in and get checked out. Good luck with everything!
