NO! how can one define good if it was not for for evil. Its like saying thing only go up they don't eventually come down. you just cant have one without the other!

No. It's like there can't be love without hate, one is defined by the existence of the other. Love and hate is an interesting one because they are on a knife edge. In fact they are the same thing. The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference, because both love and hate are the most passionate examples of emotion. It's much easier to hate someone you've loved and vice versa (don't say you've never become friends with someone you hated at first - then you're interested - Why do I hate them?... actually they're quite funny/interesting... and then you become friends)
Returning to the question. Without evil (say Voldemort) then fairy tales, films, books and life would be dull, because there would be no point in being good (like say Harry). Or for another example without the axis of evil, how would we know that G. W. Bush is a good Christian man (as long as the "Thou shalt not kill" bit doesn't matter of course) (!)

Evil is the absence of good. Darkness the absence of light. Silence the absence of sound.
At that I would like to say that your theory is backwards and that there actually cannot be evil without good.

All you gotta do is to be optimistic cause if you look deep inside of you
It's you who let the bad be bad or the good be good.
You cant change the world but you can change yourself.
The evil is all around you.
Try as much as you can stay far from the evil people.
Live In a peaceful environment.

There has always been evil in the world. God lets each of us choose the path we take. I am thankful to the Good Lord to be as good a man as possible and to do good works in my life and to have faith and pray.

Can't be. Everything is what it is because of duality. Think about it. Everything. North South, male female, top bottom, right left, positive negative, protons electrons, etc. Non existence of duality results in UNITY. Which means all is one. So everything should cease to exist to attain unity. And everyone will know unity is not possible. So good without bad is not possible.

There will always be evil because God gave us free will to choose -- and unfortunately some choose evil.
Thank the Lord that many use their free will to choose a path of goodness.
