There are 2 Bergey's Manuals that I know of; Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology and Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology. Both contain the Bacteriological Code. The Manual of systematic Bacteriology (5 volumes, 2nd ed. 2004) is the reference for classification. The Manual of determinative Bacteriology was first published in 1923 and 8 editions have been released since then. It is the reference that should be used for identification of culturable bacteria and archaea.
