I have been dieting for the past few weeks and am starting to lose weight. I need some help on some kind of workout routine to tone up my waist area. Any suggestions?

I found a great book that has helped me with my work out routine and I love it. It is called "Sculpting Her Body Perfect" by Brad Schoenfeld. You can get it on Amazon for $15 or so, and I am sure they have it at your local bookstore. It not only gives you a routine, it shows you (with pictures) how to do each exercises. It is a complete book, from the first workout to nutrition and maintenance. Don't fall for any of the infomercials that sell machines to just target one area, they are a rip off.

Good luck!

Do a search online for waist exercises. Side to side crunches, waist twists, and anything that works your obliques (the muscles that wrap around your sides) will help trim the waist.

Congrats on the weight loss!
