I heard somewhere that green eye shadow brings out blue eyes - is this true?

Green copper and gold all work really well for blue eyes. I use gold dust right below brow, misty/sea foam green in corners by nose and a line of deep copper at eye lashes then lightly brush to blend! My eyes are sky blue with a ring of dark blue at edges! They look like gems when I have my make up on!

I heard that the shadow that is the color of your eyes brings out the color of your eyes. But I do suppose green could work too. When I use shadow, I put it in the far corner and a little in. (corner-next to temple) It looks nice.

Green works great for blue eyes if you toch up the corners with some gold or you could do your entire eyelid silver and line the bottom lid with heavy black to bring out the blue in your eyes.

Green eyeshadow on blue eyes makes your eyes look nice and deep and it makes them sparkle. OMG how I wish I had blue eyes

if you have brown hair then yes it does, but with blonde hair it usually doesnt.
