Kinda depends on how much you like Ludlum. It's one of those completed after his death and the person who finished it doesn't get credit. Some of the better ones completed after his death have co-authors listed and those tend to be pretty good-- at least the ones with Gayle Lunds were, and I see Eric Van Lustbader is doing the new one. He had a couple of good thrillers to his credit.

I'd check the book out at the library, read a chapter or two and see what I thought before I bought it.
