Picking a fav is quite hard for me, especially seeing that I have read so many books over the years; nevertheless, I do have to say that "Nickel and Dimed" by Barbara Ehrenreich is perhaps one of the most intriguing. It is a very entertaining book that is based on and provides a very detailed account of the author's field work experiences working full-time for poverty-level wages. It is definitely a book that I think every hardworking and not-so-hardworking American should read.

Go Dog Go was my favorite from Childhood(PD Eastman), as an adult I enjoy the gunslinger series, but mostly the first book. (Stephen King)

i can't choose just one. it depends on my mood. my favorites are the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy series when I want to laugh, the ender's game series when I want to be intrigued, and the worthing saga when I'm feeling a little dark.
