Women's Fertility - Vitamins Herbs Supplements
Female herbs, vitamins and supplements for women's fertility to aid conception. Natural solutions for infertility. Birth rates and fertility demographics.
How long does it take to get pregnant?
If you make love two or three times a week, you have about a 20 to 30 per cent chance of conceiving in any month. It's not unusual, however, for a healthy couple to take up to two years to conceive, as the following women's fertility statistics from the Human Fertilization & Embryology Authority show.
30 per cent of women conceive within a month of starting to try for a baby.
75 per cent conceive within six months.
90 per cent conceive within a year.
95 per cent conceive within two years.
Women's Fertility Statistics
Pregnancy is most likely if intercourse occurs anywhere from 3 days before ovulation until 2-3 days after ovulation. Sperm can live in a woman’s body up to 5 days after intercourse, although 2 days is more common.
If you do not have sex every forty-eight hours around the middle of your cycle (during your fertile days), you probably will not get pregnant.
The number of eggs a woman is born with decreases dramatically at age 35. By her 43rd birthday, a woman's eggs are less efficient at being fertilized. Men’s fertility also begins to decline from as early as their late 30s. Forty percent of infertility can be traced to men alone, 40 percent to women alone and 20 percent to both.
Approximately 15% of couples attempting their first pregnancy meet with failure after one year of unprotected intercourse.
Diabetes and hypertension (high blood pressure) may interfere with conception. Some lubricants used during sex may contain spermicidal chemicals. Petroleum jelly may also interfere with sperm activity. To help resolve lubrication issues, double or triple the amount of foreplay.
Diet and exercise are important for the long-term reproductive health of both men and women. A balanced diet helps to regulate hormones and nourish your reproductive system.
Women who are overweight or obese tend to have a more difficult time becoming pregnant than normal-weight women. Men with increased body mass index (BMI) were significantly more likely to be infertile than normal-weight men, according to research conducted at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. The data suggest that a 20-pound increase in men's weight may increase the chance of infertility by about 10 percent.
Research by by the University of Surrey shows that couples with a previous history of infertility who made changes in their lifestyle, diet and took nutritional supplements had an 80 percent success rate.
Oxidative stress is caused by highly toxic, highly reactive oxygen molecules called free radicals, which can damage tissues if not neutralized by antioxidants. Oxidative stress is implicated in the risk of infertility in both men and women.

In order to be pregnant think first about B - vitamins. A high potency B-Complex is highly desirable to help conception and protect the fetus from birth defects. Every woman having unprotected sex needs to be taking B-Complex vitamins prior to menopause.
Infertility is associated with low levels of Vitamin D. There is evidence pointing toward an association between low vitamin D levels and preeclampsia risk and breast cancer. Vitamin D also improves male fertility.
Vitamin E with selenium helps both men and women with fertility. Vitamin E is required for balanced hormone production. Vitamin E is known as the 'sex vitamin' because it carries oxygen to the sex organs. Vitamin E prevents damage to sperm cells and selenium significantly increases sperm motility. Both selenium and Vitamin E are antioxidants - and they work better when taken together.
Zinc is one of the most important nutrients associated with fertility. Zinc is vital for hundreds of enzyme systems, many of which affect sexual performance and fertility in men and women. The growth and development of the embryo, for example, depends on zinc and it is needed for sperm production in men. Hair mineral analysis reveals that a large percentage of couples that fail to conceive or experience miscarriages are found to be zinc deficient. Zinc levels are depleted by stress, smoking, pollution and alcohol. A good source of zinc is oysters.
Exposure to environmental toxins such as mercury, lead, cadmium, pesticides and household cleaning products can interfere with both male and female fertility.
Chlorella is the best fertility herb to detoxify the body. Chlorella removes heavy metals and toxic chemicals from the blood, organs and muscle tissue. Chlorella contains many nutrients to nourish the reproductive system and aid fertility.
Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium) or Ying Yang Huo seems custom-made by nature for diminished male and female libido and fertility. Specifically, Yin Yang Huo has been shown to stimulate the supra renal glands, and trigger increased hormonal secretions. Research has shown that male sperm count and semen density increase substantially. Horny Goat Weed works by increasing nitric oxide levels, which relax smooth muscle. This allows more blood flow to the penis or clitoris.
It also expands the circulatory system's blood vessels, while allowing hormone-enriched blood to penetrate sensitive tissues. The Chinese claim that this improved circulation restores energy, while nervous stimulation is boosted as the brain is flooded with hormone-rich blood.
The use of Horny Goat Weed as a medicinal herb dates back to at least 400 A.D., where it has been used as a tonic for the reproductive system (boosting libido and treating impotence) and as a rejuvenating tonic (to relieve fatigue). Horny Goat Weed is thought to work via modulation of cortisol levels (the primary stress hormone). Under conditions of high stress, the increased cortisol levels are known to cause fatigue and depress sex drive - so bringing cortisol levels back into normal ranges is also thought to help restore normal metabolism, energy levels and libido.
Animal studies show that Horny Goat Weed functions a bit like an adaptogen (such as maca, ashwagandha and siberian and Korean ginseng) by increasing levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine when they are low (an energy-promoting effect), but reducing cortisol levels when they are elevated (an anti-stress effect). There is also evidence that Horny Goat Weed restores low levels of both testosterone and thyroid hormone (bringing low levels back to their normal levels) - which may account for some of the benefits of Horny Goat Weed in improving libido and fertility.
Aspirin appears to increase the activity of the ovaries, allowing them to release multiple eggs during ovulation. It also appears to increase blood flow to the uterus, allowing for a thicker and healthier uterine lining. Women who had experienced multiple miscarriages and who were undergoing IVF treatment were given low doses of aspirin daily. Subsequent pregnancy rates were then compared to pregnancy rates produced by women who received no aspirin therapy. More than 45% of those women taking aspirin during treatment became pregnant, while only 28% of those women not taking aspirin were able to conceive. Take a low dose baby aspirin daily.

I don't know if this is true or not, or just a coincidence. Both times I got pregnant I had just completed (before the last period) a 5 day Master Cleanser fast. Maybe it cleaned out some toxins or something, who knows. You can google it - it's not something you buy, you make it yourself. Both times I got pregnant during the next cycle. I don't know if it had anything to do with it, but I know that people trying to conceive sometimes will be willing to try anything, so I thought I'd put it out there. Good luck. I really wish the best for you.

I don't know if any particular food can help you be more fertile. But a healthy body is more likely to support conception and a healthy pregnancy. Eat your fruits veges, whole grains and lean proteins. Get your omega 3's (fish, almonds, olive oil) and lots of folic acid- oj, cheerios... Healthy bodies and healthy positive attitudes are a huge start. Try focusing on getting in shape inside and out first- so many people with fertility problems conceive when they start focusing their energy on something else because they're not stressing on that one goal so much. Good luck~!!!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/5HZKL
If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.
Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

I don't know what food or drink will help to conceive, but you should also start taking folic acid supplements ready for pregnancy. Holland & Barrett normally have good bargains on these, and also the assistants can advise you on the amount to take.

Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. To solve the erectile dysfunction i suggest to check this natural method https://tr.im/uuQBU .
Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health problems can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Sometimes a combination of physical and psychological issues causes erectile dysfunction. For instance, a minor physical problem that slows your sexual response may cause anxiety about maintaining an erection. The resulting anxiety can lead to or worsen erectile dysfunction.
