I know I heard it on ESPN this past week, but has there ever been a tournament where all of the #1 seeds made the Final Four? Or even three of them? I was just looking over some brackets and some "expert" picks, some of which had three or four #1 seeds in the final four. Hasn't anyone ever heard of an upset? You know, that thing that happened to Florida three times at the end of the season?

I personally took Memphis, Texas, UCLA, and Florida(ironically) for the Final Four, what do you think about that?

It's playing the odds, since more #1's percentage-Wise actually make the Final 4.
Since 1979, three #1 seeds have been in the Final 4 three times: 1999-U.CONN,DUKE,MICH.ST.
1997-KENTUCKY,MINN.,N.C.
1993-N.C.,KENTUCKY,MICH.

In a perfect world, the thought is all #1s make it to the final four, but since we don't and upsets are enevitable, it is rare that all 4 #1s make it.
I like the Memphis pick, they are very athletic, Texas...maybe, UCLA and Florida are right on

I picked Florida, North Carlina, Memphis, and UCLA for my final four.

As for the all #1 seeds being in the final four at the same time, I have no clue I highly doubt it though

Sorry didn't notice what I did lol thanks for correcting me!

I got North Carolina, Oregon, Texas A&M, and Pitt.

To the guy above me...Wisconsin and Florida are in the same region so both of them cannot make the Final Four.

I took all the number one seeds, but for my upset have Louisville knocking off #2 Memphis.
