It has extremely low mileage, but is rusting, and I want to get new panels for it, doors, fenders and under the rear tail lights. Because of it's age, it's hard to find them. I live near Toronto, Ontario, but wouldn't be opposed to have them shipped from the USA, but prefer something closer to home. I'm not interested in the wreckers as they have a tendency to rust plus I have power windows, power door locks and power mirrors. Thank you.

put the car on a hoist and check the floor and "frame" for rust out . what you have described is visible rust , you are in one of the worst areas of Canada for rust , once your beloved Honda is opened up there will be more rust , try to get a car from the prairies or B.C. and swap your stuff over to it .sorry.
